1. Terms & Conditions

These terms incorporate the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Contract Formation: A contract is only formed once we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including pricing errors or stock unavailability.
Cancellation Rights (Cooling-off Period): Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
Faulty Goods: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If an item is faulty, you have a right to a full refund within 30 days.
Refunds: We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of their return. This includes the cost of standard outbound delivery.
Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for personalised items, perishable goods, or sealed items opened for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings or underwear) unless faulty.
Subscription Contracts (New for 2026): If you offer subscriptions, customers now have an additional 14-day cooling-off period starting from each renewal date, and we will provide "easy exit" cancellation options.
